VOLUNTEER FOR OUR ELECTION COMMITTEE!
Are you passionate about fair and transparent processes? Do you want to play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our upcoming board election? If so, then we need your help:-)
We are hoping for 3 or 4 dedicated volunteers to join our Election Committee. This committee is essential to the smooth and equitable running of our elections, from start to finish.
What does the Election Committee do?
You would be responsible for overseeing the aspects of our elections ensuring they are conducted with high standards, fairness, accuracy and adherence to our bylaws.
This includes:
- Overseeing voting procedures – ensuring a secure and accessible voting process
- Collecting mail ballots from the P.O. Box owned by Lakewood POA
- Counting and verifying votes – tallying results and ensuring accuracy
- Report the election results at the upcoming Special Meeting on June 21st, 2025
- Addressing any questions or concerns – providing impartial guidance and resolving any disputes that may arise
